Welcome to FindMyReviews ("Platform"). By accessing or using findmyreviews.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. About the Platform

FindMyReviews is an escrow-based marketplace connecting businesses (Buyers) needing reviews with individuals (Sellers) who post reviews on Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, Justdial, and G2. All payments go through a secure escrow system powered by Razorpay.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm you have legal capacity to enter binding agreements and that all information provided is accurate.

3. User Roles

Buyers post review orders, fund escrow, and release payment after verifying proof.

Sellers browse orders, post reviews, submit screenshot proof, and earn upon buyer approval.

4. Escrow Payment System

• Full order value is locked in escrow via Razorpay when a Buyer posts an order
• Sellers receive payment only after Buyer verification and release
• Disputed funds remain locked pending admin resolution
• A platform fee is deducted from Seller payouts
• Buyers may top up wallet via Razorpay or manual UPI

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing contact details — Phone numbers, WhatsApp, email, UPI IDs, or social media handles in chat or anywhere on the platform is strictly forbidden and results in a permanent account ban without warning
• Conducting transactions outside the platform to avoid fees
• Submitting fake or fabricated screenshot proofs
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans
• Using bots or automated tools on the platform
• Harassing or threatening other users or support staff

6. Proof Submission

Sellers must submit clear screenshot proof showing the review text, star rating, reviewer name, and business profile. FindMyReviews may reject proof that is blurry, cropped, or edited.

7. Disputes

Buyers may raise a dispute if unsatisfied with submitted proof. Admin will review evidence from both parties within 24-48 hours and make a final binding decision on fund release or refund.

8. Withdrawals

Sellers may withdraw their wallet balance to their UPI ID subject to a minimum withdrawal amount. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours during business days.

9. Referral Programme

Referral bonuses are credited at admin discretion and subject to change. Referral fraud results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all bonuses.

10. Account Suspension

FindMyReviews may suspend or ban any account at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, fraud, sharing contact details, or conduct harmful to the Platform. Banned users forfeit all pending wallet balance and escrow funds.

11. Platform Fees

A platform fee is deducted from Seller earnings per approved proof. The fee percentage is displayed on the platform and may be updated with 7 days notice. Buyers pay the listed price with no hidden charges.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and software on FindMyReviews are the exclusive property of FindMyReviews. You may not copy or distribute any content without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

FindMyReviews acts as an intermediary marketplace only. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (IT Act 2000, Consumer Protection E-Commerce Rules 2020). International users agree to jurisdiction in Indian courts.

15. Changes to Terms

FindMyReviews may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification.
